本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、個人開発者が提供するiOSアプリケーション「はこにわロボ」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。
利用者は、本アプリをダウンロード、インストール、または利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
本アプリのステージ、エクストラ、ロボの着せ替えなどの機能は、無料で利用できます。コインや宝石はアプリの中だけで使うもので、現金や他のサービスと交換することはできません。開発者は、本アプリの内容を予告なく変更、更新、または提供終了することがあります。
応援チップ（App 内課金）は、開発の継続を応援していただくための任意の消費型アイテムです。購入によって機能の解放などの対価は生じません。返金は Apple の規定に従います。
ランキングや実績は Apple の Game Center の機能を利用しています。Game Center の表示名などの利用は、Apple の定める規約に従ってください。不正な方法で記録を送信することを禁止します。
1. 開発者は、本アプリの動作の確実性、完全性、特定の目的への適合性について注意を払って開発していますが、いかなる保証も行うものではありません。 2. 端末の故障、機種変更、OS のアップデート、アプリの削除などにより記録が失われた場合に生じた損害について、開発者は責任を負いません。記録は端末の中にだけ保存されます。
本アプリに関する著作権その他一切の知的財産権は、開発者または正当な権利者に帰属します。
開発者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することができます。変更後の規約は、本アプリ内または本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) set out the conditions for using the iOS app “Hakoniwa Robo” (the “App”), provided by an individual developer.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
All features of the App, including stages, Extras, and robot customization, are free to use. Coins and gems exist only within the App and cannot be exchanged for money or other services. The Developer may change, update, or discontinue the App without notice.
Tips (in-app purchases) are optional consumable items to support continued development. Buying a tip does not unlock any features. Refunds follow Apple’s policies.
Leaderboards and achievements use Apple’s Game Center. Please follow Apple’s terms when using Game Center, including your display name. Submitting records by illegitimate means is prohibited.
1. The Developer takes care in developing the App but makes no warranty as to its reliability, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. 2. The Developer is not responsible for any loss arising from records lost due to device failure, changing devices, OS updates, deleting the App, or similar causes. Records are stored only on your device.
All copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the App belong to the Developer or the rightful owners.
The Developer may change these Terms as needed. Revised Terms take effect when posted in the App or on this page.
